Panel Discussion: Investing in an Era of Change – Taking the Long—and Short—View on Capital Markets. Aligning Your Returns with Investment and Vision

The world is rapidly changing and real estate capital markets must follow suit. How does the current climate of uncertainty affect investors' decisions on allocation of capital in terms of geographies and asset classes? Are credit funds having their moment given a high interest rate environment, and what are the new ways of financing as digital assets become more mainstream? And what are the opportunities and challenges our industry is facing in the midst of the drive to decarbonise real estate portfolios? These and many other questions will be discussed and debated on the Capital Markets Panel.
