Keppel Infrastructure @ Changi

This study tour will showcase the thought leadership applied to develop Keppel Infrastructure @ Changi, Singapore’s first net positive energy building. It will serve as a mission critical operation nerve centre for four district cooling plants in Singapore, and display its Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) offering. Alongside advanced technologies housed in the building, delegates will also see the vertical greening and biophilic landscaping aimed at reducing urban heat island effect, whilst improving performance of the indoor environment and enhancing health and well-being of occupants.

Know Before You Go
- All ULI study tours have limited capacity. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Photography and videography are strictly prohibited in certain areas of the tour. If unsure, please consult the hosts.
- Confirmed tour participants are encouraged to either travel with the group by bus or take public transport as there is no parking facility at site.
- Participants may wish to bring an umbrella in case of rain as there may be a need to alight a short walk away.
