This walking study tour from Tanjong Pagar to Raffles Place will showcase the thought leadership and partnership between government and business community to support Singapore’s evolution as an international business hub with strong social and cultural capital. It features Guoco Tower, 2019 ULI Global Awards for Excellence winner and CapitaSpring, 2023 ULI APAC Awards for Excellence finalist.

7.45am Meet at hotel lobby to board bus
8.30am Guided tour
- Singapore City Gallery - Gain an overview of the nation’s planning challenges and effort in over 10 thematic areas.
- Discover Tanjong Pagar (DTP) Community Green - Learn how DTP as a pilot Business Improvement District comprising property and business owners create a social district through placemaking. Inputs from GuocoLand on Guoco Tower, the 2019 ULI Global Awards for Excellence winner that was recognised for its placemaking efforts in rejuvenating Tanjong Pagar.
- Telok Ayer Park - Walk underground through Tanjong Pagar MRT to Telok Ayer Park, then through Telok Ayer Street and Amoy Street towards CapitaSpring.
- CapitaSpring - Gain an overview of the transformation of the vicinity with placemaking and sustainability in mind, with a view of the Green Oasis and the Sky Garden.
11.30am End of tour and delegates board bus back to hotel
Know Before You Go
- All ULI study tours have limited capacity. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- As this is a walking tour, we recommend light clothing, comfortable shoes and water to stay hydrated in Singapore's tropical climate.
- Do note that this is an all-weather tour. You may wish to come prepared with an umbrella and/or cap.

A link to sign up will be included in your auto-confirmation when you register for the Summit.
