Sylvester Wong is a 25 year veteran of designing cities and infrastructure around the world, and is Asia head of ESG Services, and Philippines Country Executive for AECOM.
After San Francisco and Hong Kong, he went to where infrastructure could empower opportunity for over a hundred million.
Now in Manila, he bridges physical and digital infrastructure with financial, as a fintech neobank founder, and a venture advisor in proptech and climate tech.
He is incoming Chair of the Urban Land Institute Philippines.

Opportunities in Emerging Markets in Southeast Asia
The Investment Forum will examine topical issues in Southeast Asian emerging markets.
