Mr. Tiyok Prasetyoadi
Founding Partner and Managing Director PDW Architects
Prasetyoadi, IAI, IAP, GP (Tiyok) is a professional architect and urban designer. He is the founding partner and managing director of PDW (www.pdw.co.id) id), an award winning design firm in Jakarta. Tiyok is Core Founder of Green Building Council Indonesia. He gets his bachelor degree from Institute of Technology Bandung ( ITB), Architecture School, 1995 and Master of Urban Development and Design from The University of New South Wales, Australia, 1998. In May 2014, he is selected as one of the members of architecture and planning review board of Jakarta (TABG AP ). He sits in Advisory Board of Architecture School, ITB. He is recipient Leadership of Environment and Development (LEAD) LEAD), a scholarship on sustainable development, 2004 and Australian Leadership Awards scholarship in 2009. He also won awards in several design competitions, IAI Award in 2018, IAI Jakarta Awards 2020, IAI Banten Awards 2022, and Singapore Institute of Planners Award (SIP) Awards in 2017 and 2019.

Investment Forum
Opportunities in Emerging Markets in Southeast Asia
The Investment Forum will examine topical issues in Southeast Asian emerging markets. One panel will look at how evolving economic or political forces are driving the regeneration of inner city parts of Jakarta, Manila, and Ho Chi Minh City. Another will explore how the migration of China-based manufacturing capacity into regional emerging markets is creating investment opportunities, particularly in the development of new industrial and logistics facilities.
